Not happy in the first month? You get your money back, no questions asked. If we don't keep to our agreements, you can cancel free of charge after that too.
Your domain stays yours
If you already have a domain name, we handle the transfer without taking down your email or current site. Ever leave? You simply take the domain with you.

Frequently asked questions
Why monthly and not a one-off?
A website is never "finished". It needs updates, new content, and it has to work on new phones. For one fixed fee we handle all of that. No surprises later in the year.
What if I want to cancel?
The first contract runs for at least twelve months; you pay those instalments in any case. After that it's cancellable monthly. If you want to take the website with you, you buy it out for 65% of the value estimated at the start (see the terms).
Who owns my website?
You get your own bespoke website and use it through your subscription — build, hosting and maintenance are included. At the start we estimate the value of the website together. If you later want to take it over entirely, including the source code, you buy it out for 65% of that estimated value. Your domain is always yours.
I already have a domain — can I use it?
Absolutely. We arrange the domain transfer for you, without taking down your email or current site. You remain the owner of the domain.
Do you build web shops too?
For small shops up to fifty products: yes. Larger shops call for bespoke work. Give us a call and we'll look at what fits.
How soon is my website live?
Usually within two weeks of the first meeting. For simple sites sometimes sooner. A more complex setup can take a little longer — we tell you up front, no surprises.
Why should I trust Promobo — I don't know you?
The honest answer: Promobo was started in 2026 by Jordi Raanhuis as a sole trader from Hengelo (KvK 99335816). We don't have years of references yet, but we do have a thirty-day money-back guarantee. We meet by phone or video; for customers in Twente we come by in person. No webinars with strangers, no sales talk.
What if I'm not happy?
In the first thirty days you get your money back, no questions asked. After that the twelve-month term applies. If we don't keep to our agreements, you can still cancel early, free of charge.
